如何挑选杏鲍菇

挑选杏鲍菇时,以菌盖为圆碟状,表面有光泽,平滑、干燥,直径以2—3厘米,肉质肥厚,菌柄色泽洁白的为佳,这样的杏鲍菇口感最好。如果菌柄表面的纤维过粗,说明杏鲍菇太老了,过细则太嫩,少了嚼劲。你学会了吗?
