材料:
米、青菜、黑木耳、火腿、盐、糖、料酒

大米洗干净,加入水,和平常煮饭时的水量一样,将米浸泡半小时备用;将浸泡好的米饭放入电饭煲,按下煮饭键;

小青菜洗干净备用;木耳泡发备用;这里的黑木耳都可以换成自己喜欢吃的材料,比如香菇;

锅里放油,油热后放入火腿,喷料酒,放入青菜、黑木炒匀,加入少量盐和糖

煮饭的电饭煲还没有跳到保温之前5分钟左右,将炒好的菜放入电饭煲中,加盖继续煮,米饭跳到保温后,不要打开盖子,继续焖10分钟,打开盖子,将菜和米充分拌匀即可。
根据自己口味 加料 比如香菇 蘑菇 甜香肠什么的
