楼道里停放非机动车，物业应该要有强制措施
嘉诚新航域的楼道里停放非机动车非常普遍，也见过物业张贴过告示，但是效果是零。物业应该要有强制的措施了。
非机动车进进出出碰碰撞撞是难免的，大家仔细看看损坏现象相当严重（见图）长此已久大家一进大门就见到一副破破烂烂现象，你愿意吗？物业维修，用的还是业主的钱。
